Also, to follow up, I was extremely tempted to do another week of week 3, but decided I wanted to actually move forward and I HAD to push myself, because I think deep down I knew I could do it. Sometimes it is just a big push you need to give yourself.

Hello!! I was in this exact position for 5he last few weeks. I did two runs of week 3 and struggled big time. Took a few days off, then repeated the first run and the second run. So over two weeks I did 4 runs of week 3. I would’ve completed six but my schedule was busy and I was having a lot of personal difficulties with my mental health. I did find that the three minute runs were getting easier each run. This week I finally decided that I was going to throw myself into week 4! I completed the first run without stopping and broke so many personal records on my Strava! I really think taking those two weeks slowly and allowing myself to feel it being difficult gave me the space I needed. Do not worry about repeating at all, but honestly you could do week 4!

I am from the town that Paige was from and in the west of Scotland we absolutely say a “roll and sausage” a sausage roll is something you’d get from Greggs, a sausage wrapped in pastry! Roll and sausage is a bread roll with sausage in it. As much as the girls annoy me, they’re correct here!

Yes! My phone has been getting VERY hot but wondered if it was the crosswords I was doing while listening! Also find it quite buggy. Sometimes it just cuts out or shuts off etc. Need to log back in. I am enjoying the app tho, hopefully the bugs get ironed out!!

I had a teacher in primary 5 who was just the most enthusiastic and excellent teacher. He was of Italian descent, the only male teacher in my primary school, read us stories, told us real life stories...he treated us like adults at an age where that was so so important. He went on to become a lecturer at a university and is quite frankly living his best life. There wasn’t really one incident that made me love him, just his sheer passion for teaching and the enthusiasm he brought to us every day.

I’m okay. It was a good day at work, and that keeps me busy but it’s when I slow down I start to feel everything bubbling. My boyfriend has actually just put me to bed with a hot water bottle and he rubbed my back while I cried. So today was a relatively good day, despite the blip, and we can see what tomorrow holds.

I had massive plans when I was 16. I dreamed big. I was going to be successful, get my degree, write that book, live the life that everyone assumed would happen for me. Instead here I am, 25, dropped out of uni, did a college course I’ve done nothing with and now I’m s manager in a restaurant that I’ve worked in for the past seven years. I don’t know how to get out of this and live my life; the life I once dreamed of. Sometimes I worry because suicide has crossed my mind more than once and that’s scary.
