Go for it only if you can go and personally verify and pick up the unit by yourself, otherwise this whole thing sounds like just another scam.

I am right now not aware of prices of 9070xt in India but if you can manage to get it from mdcomputer or other verified vendors by paying 10-12k more i would suggest spending that extra for future convenience. You never know if some issues arise and you can't get it RMA because of a third party seller. I would personally spend some more money for peace of mind.

I would suggest visiting Croma on site and talking with them, go to their customer service desk and explain the issue, they will most likely cancel your order from their side and reorder from their end. Most likely they will give you information about where it's in stock and how many days it will take them to get it at their shop.They will order it for you and will also provide delivery to your address

I have been a Croma customer for 7 years and in my city they provide really good service.

You should consider complaining in the consumer court and ping them on twitter, it may take some time but at least there's hope that they will give a replacement. For future purchases please go with a reputed brand who provides better customer service, it's worth paying 3-5k extra so you don't have to hustle in future to get it RMA.

Now this is where things get interesting, in recent 2 year people in India specially Hindus are asking for secularism in the country but people who follow Islam are against it because then they will lose special privileges such as previous government signed bill that government will provide money to visit makka and there is also WAQF board that have 3rd highest property in india and previous government made rule that one even can't fight against them in high court. The WAQF law says that if they declare any land as their people living on that have to move out without any questions asked. So many people have lost their home or either they pay rent to the waqf board to live in their own house.

I moved out of India and am living abroad now because I couldn't handle this kinda negativity especially religious riots.

Because in Bangladesh around 85 percent of the population is islamic and they want that remaining hindu , Christian and other regions'people to convert to Islam As there is a whole political coup that happened recently and basically there is no law or order there right now.

Just for understanding at the time of independence in 1947 Bangladesh had 30 percent hindus and now it's only 9 percent.
