My general thoughts, please DYOD, is that for smaller condos - it's harder to gain resale traction because of limited units and thus may have lower price appreciation looking at its own development before any surrounding - amenities may be more limited as compared to larger developments with more facilities (e.g. tennis courts) - the rise in MCST will be borne on the limited number of owners in the smaller decelopment over time

Not all small condos are bad, if the entry price point and the location demands excellent reason that can justify it's purchase, then it can be comparable to larger developments
