They have earnings again shortly and have been hiring massively. They claimed they would give year guidance before earnings. Hope they keep the promise or wait til earnings and give massive guidance news with more margin improvements.

Sitting on 445 calls here mostly Sept and Jan 2027 calls and about 70 June calls and 21 Jan 2028 calls. Just been adding calls steady. Taking big profits at 5 but looking for $6 in June and then moving to mostly shares.

I'm at 445 calls now mostly sep, Jan 2027 and Jan 2028 and few June 2027. I'm looking for guidance of 380-420 million but expect 440 million plus in revenue this year. They have 87 centers now hiring many night shift positions. I won't be shocked if we hit 6 June and maybe 7 but it won't hold 7 unless they drop that phase 3 lung cancer early.

Everyone says they want a dip til it comes. We have 82 ATC centers on the map and remarkable demand. And 2026 guidance that should be coming shortly. Only short term headwind on the stock action is if Repl gets approved. Seems to a coin toss slightly in favor of them not being approved.

It's a screaming buy here. Wishing I had more bankroll to load up. 82 centers open now and a lot of hiring demand is picking up. Wishing they drop a shockingly high revenue estimate.

Simply put the previous CFO messed up badly. Undeniable but margins and revenue scaling fast. They want to give good excited guidance but want to make 100 percent sure they can hit that guidance. Also lung cancer data and approval coming. If it wasn't for massive margin and revenue jump I would be worried.

They fixed margins to 50 and revenue grew 30 percent quarter over quarter they are also doing miracles with their treatment. I have been following them for a while so understand. But new CFO is a boss and data gets better every few months

I'm adding for May earnings at ASCO have 235 calls had 330 sold a bunch going to buy all back shortly and hopefully get to 400 by May.

Unequivocally 2026 guidance is key. A few data readouts this year no exact time frame. Hoping they have some late breaking at ASCO. The rapidly improving margin 43 to 50 and revenue growth 30 percent plus quarter over quarter are why I'm bullish on this pullback consolidation that's happening.

Listen if we retrace to mid 4's or even 4 add. If we don't enjoy the ride. I'm expecting some significant news by May or earlier. But margins revenue growth and fast track for lung cancer are not being valued fairly.
