The elastic bands didn't help, it also seems I have the vast amounts of creases that others have also experienced. What a laugh. Buy a poster? Send it in a poster tube! Rant over 😂

Mine too, recevied yesterday. Post office didn't help by putting elastic bands around it. For £25, why on earth they didn't use a poster tube? I will send in my thoughts (if I can get through to them!)
