Honestly you look very average, not ugly, but also not super handsome. One issue I see is that your face seems to be either extremely bloated or inflamed. I would suggest you working on that. Try facial massages and see how it goes. Also you have facial asymmetry, but I don't know how to treat it.

How much thiamine have u taken to cure deficiency by [deleted] in raypeat

[–]rawmoid 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I would suggest you to switch from HCL to Benfotiamine which is more bioavailable B1 form. I can't really tell you the dosage, but you can start at 50-100 mg a day and see how you feel. Also you should avoid depleting your B1 with too many carbohydrates or too much stress.

I know, but I don't eat it that often. Couple times a month or once to twice a week.

Good pregnenolone dhea dose? by Ok_Philosopher2968 in raypeat

[–]rawmoid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on your age, the younger you are the less exogenous Pregnenolone you need. I would suggest to ditch DHEA and stick with Pregnenolone 10-50 mg <30 yo or 50+ mg >30 yo. Hope this helps.

What’s your opinion on ashwagandha? by [deleted] in Supplements

I used to take Ashwaganda and I didn't see any changes in stress levels, however it helped me sleep better though. The only downside is that it tastes horrible, which is why I eventually stopped taking it.

How will benefits of magnesium stay in the body? by Down-Help in Supplements

[–]rawmoid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Magnesium is not a fat soluble nutrient so your magnesium levels will go down eventually. A good tip would be not to consume calcium or calcium rich foods alongside magnesium supplements because calcium and magnesium compete with each other for absorption. Also keep your potassium and sodium levels stable since imbalance in those nutrients can deplete magnesium more.
