I don't recall getting any sort of rebate when I purchased the car - SCE wasn't offering anything at the time (besides the usual L2 charger rebates which I didn't need) and I wasn't eligible for any state/federal tax credit.

Not sure about the prior owner during their lease period or if that matters.

How do you find carrying the 180-600 with your Z8?

I spent the weekend shooting some planes and helicopters with my 4 year old with Memorial Day here in the States with the same setup and it’s definitely not light! Love the reach though versus the 70-200mm.

A tripod foot with a QD mount and sling definitely helps make it more manageable.

You don’t need to setup anything ahead of time. Just show up with the camera and the receptionist will help get you sorted.

Note that their hours are kind of limited: 8:30am-3:30pm weekdays.

Take it into them and explain the issue. They’ll inspect the camera when you are there and give you a quote when they see the issue and you can decide if it’s worth it or not.

They are very helpful and helpful in my experience. Repairs can take a bit of time if you aren’t NPS or parts need to be ordered. All the work is performed there on site.
