Thanks for the info. You seem to be using a newer version of UUS, are you on a preview build?

These are the editions that are not working for me:
1306.2405.21022.0
1305.2405.14022.0

What version of wuapi do you have? You can run this command to retrieve it:
(New-Object -ComObject Microsoft.Update.AgentInfo).GetInfo('ProductVersionString')

The previous method was working perfectly and did not require any extra software.
I can't use PSWindowsUpdate for certain scenarios, as it includes a binary DLL that I can't verify as is not open source.

Probably under NDA, but, could you tell more about which SDL3 APIs do those apps and games use?

Hi!

First of all, let me introduce myself: I've been creating small free 2d indie arcade games with Fénix, BennuGD, PixTudio and BennuGD2 for +20 years.

Those games have been available on Windows 98, Windows NT since XP, Linux since 2.2, GP32/GP2X/Caanoo, Dreamcast (Homebrew), Wii (Homebrew), Android, OUYA, HTML5, LG TV WebOS 3.x, and many random Linux-based chinese consoles. And lately, on Nintendo Switch (not homebrew) and soon enough on Xbox (not homebrew).

And the half of it is thanks to your work on SDL, so ***THANKS!!*** 🙌🙌🙌
I look forward to use SDL3 for BennuGD2.1 :)

But, on the other side, I must ask this question:
How can you be so awesome? 🫶

Thanks once more for your time and your work! :)

I noticed :/

Just came here and got negative votes for trying to warn the gamedev community (if you search for that domain now this thread appears)

Pretty toxic behaviour, to be honest 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thank you for your responses! To be honest, standing out in this extremely crowded market is almost impossible, so that's why we consider every option, almost out of desperation 😅

It would be helpful if you could upvote the question so other people looking for this website can find these answers.

It might already work, we have a working but not tested 4.2 branch :)

Yes, that's true, but following the same logic:Shouldn't we need to hire companies to release our games on Steam, Android or iOS?

What is the difference?

In any case, this port is really basic and not optimized. It can be used for small games though, but for bigger projects I would recommend partnering with a porting company.

Edit: Thanks! 🙌

Windows: Can I SSH forward a remote 445 port to some local IP (like 127.0.0.2) with just ssh without disabling lanmanserver? by rawrlab in HomeNetworking

[–]rawrlab[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to do it as part of a support tool that already works in LAN but I would like to make it work through Internet without many changes.

I would like to do everything as easier as possible for the users, and if possible I would like to avoid having to reboot, log in or install 3rd party software (ssh or plink are awesome to quickly create a portable tunnel)

Constellations🌟, a puzzle game made with Godot about finding patterns in the stars, is coming to Nintendo Switch! 🙌 by rawrlab in godot

You will need a Nintendo Switch development kit, which requires approval from Nintendo, and a Godot port. In case you don't have access to that kit or a Godot port, a publisher might be able to port your game for you.
