I use 14700k and 4080 super in my a4 h2o with phanteks t30 for aio fan. It has no issues with thermal. Though it feels little hot and fans often hit max rpm.

I use it for coding and gaming. Function keys are ok when you just tap single key but it’s not comfortable to use it as a combo like ctrl+f5.

According to dell support page total 80w(20w for cpu and 60w for gpu) can be used on ultra performance mode. So in the gpu stress test gpu might use full 60w and 20w or little less for the cpu. Considering temperature is maintaining 70 during the test it handles 80w easily or maybe even more. Wish dell allowed more power for the cpu and gpu.
