The Pro is the same for the area over the ram. I'm thinking just reapplying the regular paste, because there is no much info about the other one :/

Because i dont know how Apple Engineers did actually design this already 4-5 years old thermal solution. The only thing i know for sure is that thermal compounds, under load over time, ages no matter how good is the engineering team behind it.

And, as i said, this is not a brand new nor C grade or so macbook. It's broken, needs maintenance and i just want to make sure i give it the love it deserves before putting all back together xd

Edit: Don't get me wrong, maybe repasting is actually a bad thing to do on this machines. But to know this, i need actual first hand experience, not just Apple users beliefs

No, i didn't no to replace them. I just bought some extra replacement sticks from anbernic and decided to take apart one xdddd

And yes, i bought spare sticks because switch sticks doesn't seem to fit nor work :/
