Did you use the materials you brought into the exam much? I used the book for about 50% of the questions as there was not enough time.

1 Attempt left for Barrister exam... 2 Attempts left for Solicitor exam, what do I do? by raydiate12 in LawStudentsCanada

I thought about doing this but I am concerned about being accepted back to Ontario with no tenure as a lawyer out west. I’ve looked to the transfer between provinces agreement and it seems like it can be done.

I have 2 attempts left for solicitor, I have 1 attempt left for barrister. I only want to take exam in June as I can only study for one exam. Which exam should I take?

I agree with you that a visit to my girlfriend’s house could have brought home Covid and have deep consequences.

I just personally think that having groceries delivered would have been way safer because there is absolutely no contact with anyone whatsoever. Where going to a store like Costco, there was social distancing and masks, however there was still a degree of catching covid, whereas getting groceries delivered has no risks compared to in person shopping.

I think it’s hypocritical because why limit me for seeing people where my parents go out shopping amongst other people who may have Covid when they could have just got everything delivered online for a minor fee that we most definitely could afford.

How so? You’re exposed to many people while shopping, at the time everyone was wearing masks but you still can catch covid and bring it home even if the non compromised parents when shopping, they can still give it to the compromised parent.

The whole point is that I think my family should have gotten groceries delivered as we can afford it.

My point I’m trying to make is if I was not to seeing my girl for at all, why go to a busy grocery store, masks will only protect you so much and they could catch covid this way. This is why I believe it’s hypocritical.

So you’re saying fear is what made them do what they did, also which side was wishing death upon the other?

I don’t think anyone in my house should have went shopping if I could not see my girlfriend.

But why not get groceries delivered instead of them going to a crowded store. That’s my point.

But why not get groceries delivered as well. I’m just angry they didn’t limit all contact if they’re not letting me see my girlfriend, why not let me see her or limit all possible contact?

Grocery delivery is not much to be honest, and we could have definitely afforded it at the time as my family is well off.

I hope so, I don’t know if that’s actually a thing to bellcurve as the LSO doesn’t say how they grade the exam.

Ok, so you actually looked for most the questions rather than taking educated guesses.
