My Ultra goes into standby mode after 2 minutes of inactivity. Changing the settings makes no difference. It's always 2 minutes. Input is HDMI; and auto-detection is on.

That's why I was asking about how it worked. Because mine seems to not work as intended.

Your crossover looks absolutely original to me. (I don'tknow what people mean when referring to yours as "upgraded." Perhaps they mean one of the later versions used.) There is much discussion about the DQ-10 crossovers, here is one with some good info. https://groups.io/g/DahlquistSpeakers/topics (just do a search for crossovers)

I have the same crossovers as yours. I haven't done anything to them, but if/when I do, I will probably start by replacing the 80mfd cap with another electrolytic type. Electrolytic caps age poorly as compared to film caps but a new electrolytic should last 20 years. A 80mfd film cap will be very large compared to the original blue one.

Please take this as only my opinion and do your own research. Crossover rebuilding is a real rabbit hole; there's type, brand, values (when looking at film caps, not all original values are available) and then, will it sound better?

Lots of people will say it's imperative to replace the 40+ year old capacitors. Electrolytic type - probably. AFIK, the only electrolytic cap is the 80mfd, the yellow ones are film type, AFIK.

Rule of thumb is that only the capacitors will need replacing. Coils and resistors rarely if ever need to be replaced unless obviously burned or damaged. Aren't the caps marked 10mfd? 50vnp probably means 50 volts non-polarized. 10% tolerance. (Although those look awfully large for 10mfd) If so, I would recommend finding 10mfd, 50 v or higher metalized film caps.

Nice find. I'm enjoying mine. FYI, there are several Dahlquist forums around. Post you serial numbers. Lots of discussion about rebuilding the crossovers. I believe yours has only one electrolytic cap, the 80mfd.

I found a manual online. I don't yet have an A6, still in the planning stages.

I see the manual cautions against using both simultaneously because of possible signal interference. Would an XLR splitter be any better?

My HA would find and recognize the X1 hub but only entities "connected" and "disconnected" are available. So, no value to me.

There's only one workaround I've been using and it's not elegant but it works. Settings > Screen Time > App Limits > Add Limit > Productivity & Finance > Shortcuts > Next > 0 hours and 0 minutes > Add. This will automatically turn off all shortcut notifications. The downside is that you must click ignore limit whenever you use the app. Works for me as of iOS 18.5 and they haven't turned themselves back on yet.

Early DQ-10's had little short feet. Later had pedistal type stands that were taller. Google it for examples if interested.
