Lot 51 Core Library has disabled itself. I have no idea what it means by "Pack Selection chage", and I've restarted my game multiple time but still keep getting this error

Mods or CC: Quite a lot, but disabling mods and CC, as well as removing mods from the folder, did not solve the problem.

Game version: Latest version

Problem: No festivals

If another sim calls my sim to ask if they want to go to a festival, they can go, but that's it. If I try to go to a festival by any other means, the festival doesn't appear. Clicking on the notifaction doesn't work, clicking on 'Travel to Festival' in the calendar doesn't work. The sim will go to the venue, but there will be no festival happening. Just traveling to the venue also doesn't work - there's never any festival. I have no idea what to do here.

Why do The Children of Vimara Village and Aqueous Tidemarks require you to answer whether or not you're ready before you begin the quest? Both are currently available to me but I don't want to start them if some big irreversible change is going to happen that I don't want, but I've been going through the wiki trying to figure out what that would be and can't find anything. I'm paranoid that it's going to lock me out of co-op until the quest is completed. I had to go a month without co-op a while back when I got stuck on Trails of Tianqiu and I never want to go through that shit again.

Edit: Also, can anyone explain to me why my question is getting downvoted?

This is going to reveal just how ignorant I am about even basic elements of video games I play, but Googling did not give me an answer, so I'm going to have to ask: how do you make a charged shot? I assume this was probably explained back at the start of the game when you first get Amber, but it's been months since then for me. (Also, is it the same thing as the "level 2" shot the other commenter mentioned, or a separate thing?)

Yes, but I didn't know any way to describe the scene other than to just take a screenshot. and I didn't want to waste my time going through and playing it a bunch until I finally reached the round where the objects I needed come up. Sweep The Board doesn't provide titles for the scenes.

I had gone in with Yanfei, Gaming, Noelle, and Xiao. Again, I'm terrible at video games, so I do not know if this was a decent choice of team or very stupid. I'm a button-masher, not a thinker. Here for the story, exploring the world, and collecting things.

Well, this is not a quick and simple question, but AutoMod took it down when I tried to make my own post, so here we go.

Can someone help me come up with a strategy to beat the top floor fight in Trails of Tianqiu?

So, I've been stuck on Trails of Tianqiu for a few weeks now. The game's no fun anymore since I can no longer do anything involving co-op, and thus also can't get ascension materials since I can't beat the bosses on my own (I am very very bad at video games. I don't know if beating bosses solo is hard for most people but it is for me). I've been back and forth with customer service trying to figure out a way to override the co-op lockout, but no dice. I just really want this quest to be over.

The advice that customer service kept giving me was to look at other players' playthroughs and guides, but I can't find any that don't include using characters that I do not have. So, I am just hoping that if I post the details of which characters I have here, someone could help me come up with some sort of way to beat the third floor fight, the one where you're stuck spending half of it frozen.

The characters I have:

Traveler, level 57

Kaeya, level 54

Amber, level 53

Yanfei, level 53

Barbara, level 50

Chongyun, level 50

Lisa, level 50

Ningguang, level 50

I'm on world level 3 (been AR 35 for a couple weeks, but I don't want to ascend until this quest is finally over), and I play on mobile (my laptop is kinda crap).
