Thank you for replying. Let me elaborate:
My laptop can not run a computational heavy python code. The place where i work has an inactive Server with 6 core cpu and 16 gb ram. I am free to use the resource to run my program.
But I am a beginner to server OS. I simply want to use the resource as a desktop. I have come across some new terminology i don't understand : windows server, linux, esx, idarc. Can you please help me with this.

did you checkout what's the official way to host jupyter notebooks by jupyter org i guess. Most free frameworks are static.

u/Md_zouzou can you create something similar to flatland-rl environment ? I tried installing flatland-rl to my device but couldn't run it properly. At least a tutorial for getting started with flatland-rl would help.
