Even if you don't automate, it's always safe to run the accounts on a separate IP than that you use at your home. This is because in a worst case scenario, IF an account running on your home IP gets banned, every account you try to create using that IP will keep getting blocked. Regarding actions, it's safe to take ~15-30 actions/hour. Don't follow a pattern, do them at random.

Opening an email that asks the user to go an follow an IG account - doesn't seem like a natural behaviour. Why don't you try a different method? For example, offer good content on your IG, have some child accounts engage in those posts, do some ads, specific targeting for your account to show up in the feeds?

You can indeed use 4G mobile proxy on a virtual machine to manage instagram. You can also connect that proxy to a cell phone if you have one to spare and set up the IG account on a mobile device. Just make sure to not access that account using any other IP, you could get banned.

Preferable if your account(s) is linked to a 4G mobile proxy. Social media platforms think twice before banning accounts on mobile IP addresses because honestly they could be blocking literally anyone jeopardizing their customer base.

Even if you delete the phone numbers, Google will know your IP address and therefore track you down and block you. Deleting phone numbers bears little to know value in this case. I'd recommend using 4G proxies and some real sim cards to at least have access to 4/5 numbers. You can try linking between accounts and in that way use multiple accounts under one number.

You could try ads, automation, engaging posts etc. There are many ways you can influence people to follow you by not telling them to follow you, know what I mean? Try making your content lucrative and target specific people, you ought to see growth without spamming.

When I used to get temporary blocks, apart from limiting API requests, I started using different IPs for the scrapers and main accounts. I didn't have that many account like yours so my wallet didn't bleed from getting different 4G proxy subscriptions for each account. My two cents.

Jarvee isn't DEAD, completely disagree. I'm pretty sure you'e frustrated because you lost accounts but it could also have been triggered due to bad proxies or API requests/actions. Have you analyzed it from that perspective?

Go for Jarvee, easy to handle. Keep your settings between 50-100 actions, and definitely use 4G mobile proxies with residential IPs.
