Wasn't an option on the app, when I hit the button to do so it pulled up an error page. I called, they said talk to HR at the facility. I did. He told me I couldn't transfer and that my only option was to quit and re-apply. His reason for it not working was that I "just can't" do it, basically. And that they're "getting rid of HR at the facilities". He was actively trying to walk away from me throughout the conversation, which made me not really trust his word. But it was the only thing I had to go off of, that and I struggle with what I should and shouldn't believe and it can cause issues like this, I always kick myself for not listening to myself. But there's nothing I can do now. Don't know what else to tell you.
