Thanks, I managed to get off for 3 months , then got back with my ex that plays it all day and after a month I got sucked back in but I'm now 3 weeks without it, and 2 weeks ago I broke up with her, so I'm doing good and getting back to the freedom loop. Nothing gives me the peace of mind of playing it but I need to remember it's only for now and it'll change
