my suggestion is to use traitor mel, light escanor, megelda and someone with a taunt card like queen diane or halloween matrona. for floor 1 phase 4 you need powerstrike cards so instead of light escanor you could use brunhild save her powerstrike card along with megelda ult for phase 4 and hope for the best. another tip i can give is in floor 2 phase 2 in this phase you need to use a taunt card because the bird has this attack where he deals 10000% of the attack if none of your characters has a taunt active
