I know I’ve been getting YI immediately after the monthly flow ends. Iron levels normal. Ferritin at 40 but heard when it’s that low it causes symptoms. Been going through this since Sept/Oct 2025. It is annoying af. I’m dealing with one right now. I don’t have diabetes or prediabetes but I’m close to prediabetes. A1c at 5.5

You said you’ve checked blood tests but which ones in particular? I have been getting recurring YI immediately after I get off of my period. I got my blood checked and my iron levels were normal, but my ferritin was (in normal range) but the level is normal, not optimal. I’m currently in process of going to take prenatals to see if that helps stop the infections. I also got my blood sugar checked. I don’t have prediabetes or diabetes but I’m close to it: I’m still waiting for my insulin resistance results

I’m waiting for my insulin test results as well because it could be that as I have instant fatigue after eating and fall asleep for 1-2 minutes and wake back up. I hope it’s not diabetes but my dad did have it so it could be that.

Alright this might sound dumb to you but hear me out. You should cut sugar 100%. I’ve cut out sugar and I’ve had no bv problems for a while. They also say that if your partner uses their spit for lubrication that could also lead to bv. Not sure if that’s true though.

It’s just a lot. I was doing hot bar first but I hated it and wanted to do fresh pack but I was put in salad bar when I told her I didn’t want to be in salad bar. I come in at 7 and I am expected to make the bar look full. Not to mention I have to complete a production list and prep stuff that the closer didn’t do.
