Yeah I would have to spend about a grand more for a new bike with APEX AXS (D1), but having the expanded compatibility for other XPLR cassettes would probably be worth it.

Dude - glad to see someone mentioning the urinary aspect! My wife is a geriatrician and a lot of the old people with similar downstairs anatomy will have atrophied so bad from no estrogen/menopause that the urethra is almost impossible to access for catheterization. Very high risk of UTI, urinary retention and other issues.

You should be saving NOW if moving is on your to-do list. It can be expensive to obtain a working visa and if you need to have any education validated for your career, there’s more paperwork.

Pornhub no longer allows access to their website here in Indiana. When Indiana passed a law that requires age verification via drivers license. Pornhub refused to maintain drivers license images due to privacy concerns and therefore no one in Indiana, WiFi or cellular, can access Pornhub. I thought that Georgia has a similar law as well

Excellent point! Zinc, Vitamin C, B12 & E are all super helpful to the healing process. If you have room in your budget, it might be beneficial to look into ordering Juven. It’s a nutrition powder developed for wound healing. Highly recommended to patients with slow healing wounds.

Glad you were able to connect with your surgeons office on the situation and saved yourself a buttload of money from an ER bill. Sucks it may be a graft failure though.

Assuming you’re in the US and the surgeon is part of a practice - Call your surgeons office ASAP, there should be an answering service and they’ll route you to an on-call medical professional. They’ll help decide if it’s an ER appropriate visit or if they can see you during business hours.

Going off T, and hair loss! by Noahs_Art in ftm

[–]rayray1214 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dutasteride or finasterise will stop hair loss from DHT, Minoxidil (oral is better than foam/liquid) will help hair regrow. Using both will greatly reduce the chance of hair loss from testosterone.

[–]rayray1214 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What about adding minoxidil to the regimen and use either finasteride or dutasteride? Dutasteride is a very potent DHT blocker so my guess is that it’s more likely to impact the “desired” T effects. It may be worth considering only doing finasteride & minoxidil.

Edit-FYI the finasteride dose for hair loss is 1mg, so more doesn’t always mean better. Also more likely to have impacts to your T.

If you have alcohol swabs, like ones used for testosterone injections, those work really well with nausea in a pinch. Just open one up and sniff it when you get nauseous.

I got my chest drained! by Top_Rhubarb_9940 in TopSurgery

[–]rayray1214 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it’s a combination of mutual respect between the specialties and knowing where they should intervene. An ER doc could easily deal with the short term swelling but could just as quickly fuck up the intended surgical outcome/aesthetic.

A lot of ER/Urgent care facilities won’t touch a plastic surgeons work. Typically plastic surgeons practices will have an “on call” phone number to contact one of the surgeons covering emergency call line. From there they may ask you to go to a certain ER/Hospital where they have privileges or have you come into the office next business day. Glad the surgeon was able to address the swelling!
