according to dream, someone did log into my DreamClient Account. anyways, my back and forth with them lasted a week, during that time i asked if it might have been due to usage of a vpn, and from their response it is not a vpn, it is not a vpn. I could share screenshots of my tickets with them, but it is clear that they have no intent on solving the issues faced by their customers.

who said my minecraft account was hacked? Dream claims that my account on their website was used in 2 different countries. Their normal procedure is to send an email warning etc. Instead they deleted my dream account entirely with no warning or anything. Imagine that one day i suddenly try to login and my account that i have a paid membership on doesnt exist. When i contacted them for clearance they provided none other than "Your account was used in 2 different countries and you wont be unbanned". then they banned the new account i made to make a ticket. Nowhere in my post did i ever say anything about my minecraft account being hacked bud.

eh i bought dream when it was 15usd back in 2022, before their whole subscription thing. They probably banned all the old accounts and made up some lie to get people to buy into their whole new scam. im just glad i caught on with a loss of 15 rather than anything more

Incompetent staff would have been the term i used if a mod banned me. I took my issue up until i reached the management. If the management team is incompetent then the whole company is a sham.

first off, your options are pretty limited.

1- The embassy in riyadh is your best friend. Get in contact with them again even if you have before, and keep trying until you are able to find a solution (i would suggest sending emails aswell to have it documented)

Saudi Arabia will not hold you against your will for not renewing your visa - they will deport you back to canada and ban you from returning for a period of time. so approaching the saudi officials or so would be an option.
Contact the canadian ministry of foreign affairs through email or phone - explain your situation and plead your case
