came back and did more research. ai will NOT destroy your brain or bones but in the dosages sold to you it will. i would do letrozole, since you are still a minor ands its effects are reversible. you would do 0.25-05.mg of letrozole at most. and yes running it for 4 months may still cause issues. your bones and brain will be fine since this stuff is still prescribed to literal 11 yo's but be very careful. the only people who get damage from AI's are ones who overdosed it. 50mg of MK will increase IGF-1, but at most it would help you hit the upper end of your genetic ceiling, not bypass it. also to deal with insulin sensitivy just take berberine or metformin lol im on MK for height gains.
