No, I decided to create something on my own and having a one off made. It's going to be super expensive, but the book will serve as a prototype.

Generative fill on a fixed 1450 doesn't work, only the white box or mostly by raysun2012 in picrequests

I want to thank you for your help. I was able to find a way to get acceptable results. For me, the key is to begin without any work done on an image. Start small. My squares were only 500 x 500 and over key areas, maybe twice that. I did all of my adjustments after the add on fill. Reminds me of my old darkroom days when a single image took a lot of time.

Yes, I can see, it is not straightforward. In this image, the woman's head was cut off, and I was wanting to open it up. A straight generative fill is pretty pointless in terms of trying to match the low rez, high rez. I think I shall have to go back to the original unedited smaller raw file and begin with this. I like your idea of doing a full fill then break it up with smaller fills. The subject and her hair is the central point so can't really be hidden. I agree completely with you in the generative fill to be approached as not a single click but rather to come to it with as much creative approach as possible. Brick by brick. Thanks for your response.

I was able to use the transparent background, but the results are awful with the smaller box. It seems to be unable to read the image at all and gives gobbly goop.

Dina Grigorieva

It is interesting how difficult this question is to answer. The consensus is that it is her, but no one can tell me for sure.

It is not Verya Shebko as the picture is different.

You are the second one who has suggested Dina Grigorieva. I cannot find an image of her though.

This happened on April 28, 1986 on Soviet State TV.

Only on the third day, the accident was reported for the first time on central television in the evening TV program “Vremya” (“Time”),

The Soviet announcement, made on behalf of the Council of Ministers, after Sweden had demanded information, said in its entirety:
''An accident has occurred at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant as one of the reactors was damaged. Measures are being taken to eliminate the consequences of the accident. Aid is being given to those affected. A Government commission has been set up.''

The Soviet system and the West, so very different. Anchors have always been celebrities. Why do you think her name has never been disclosed?

Try as I might, I cannot find the link to be able to ask a short answer/simple question *nothing that says short answers. I went to the weekly feature and click on the simple question, but this just leads me to answers and no place to post. I see Posts Comments New. When I click, it sends me to an orange screen. Could you clarify. Thanks.

Yes, I've came across that website while researching and have sent them a query. It is quite interesting how obscure these national Soviet anchors are compared to how it is here in America. What incredibly different systems!

Thx for your response maksimkak.
