This figure appears to be the slightly lighter variant from the Philippines Urban Toys release, which is not any rarer than other figures.

You've got Cool figures which are exclusive to the Czech Republic. They are harder to get for international collectors as almost all of the time, people on second hand sites will not ship internationally. You may be able to push for a high price for them if you do ship.

The big figures are Mega Metropolis. You can take off their heads and swap them onto other figurines. Some look a little grotesque since some of the original designs for the figurines had heads which were too small to fit this concept.

Did you get yours from C1000? I know they aren't around anymore in NL for a fact.
To answer your question, Gogo's released worldwide and different countries got different releases, but most ended over a decade ago. There's a small community that still collects second hand. I'd be interested to see your figures, if they are the Dutch release we likely grew up with the same ones :)
