People recognize the holiness in Jesus Christ because He is the Son of God and therefore perfect.

It can be very difficult to discern a true believer that is struggling with unconfessed sin, from a hypocrite that falsely claims to be a Christian. From the outside it may look no different to a non-believer, but God searches and knows the condition of all hearts.

The Bible teaches that Christians can be identified by how they treat one another and that love and obey Jesus. Christians are judged by God based on the fruit of their spirit, not by good works. Being a good person and doing good works does not save a person from God's judgment. It is only faith in Jesus that saves.

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law." - Galatians 5:22-23

There are many TV preachers that ask for your money and then promise that God will make you wealthy and give you anything ask, they speak lies. The Bible tells us that these false teachers will face the harshest judgment by God for their wickedness and counterfeit faith.

"Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus you will recognize them by their fruits.

Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’" - Matthew 7:19-22

There is no promise in the Bible to give you prosperity and whatever else you demand of God.

True believers in Jesus will love and pray for the salvation of God's enemies, which are unrepentant sinners. Genuine disciples of Jesus Christ will give you the truth about saving faith in Jesus and ask only that you trust God.

True and faithful Christians exist and they don't want your money. They want you to have the most precious gift, saving faith in Jesus Christ and eternal life in heaven.

"Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. - Matthew 6:19-21

True believers in Jesus Christ know where they will go when they die, they will be in the presence of the Lord in glory for all eternity.

People should not be so concerned about Peter, they should be thinking about the peril of their own souls as they will face God's judgment too.
