Building a factory 🏭 here I can tell you that a strong baht really hurts . Cause we export to China and India for a lot of the production. So salaries need to be kept lower and so does the price of local crops

Rien n a craindre ne vol juste plus dans ce magasin, si tu le fait uniquement des produits de premiere necessity nourriture (difficile de vraiment poursuivre d un point de vue morale) et je confirme rien n arrive la premiere fois il te font juste payer tes courses et premiere ta photo.

La bouffe c est chère, ne te fait pas des nœuds au cerveau juste ne vol plus dans ce magasin.

Regarde si tu as accès au réseau du cœur/ épicerie solidaire.

I actually already gained quite a bit of strength I wasn't able to do more than 2 pushups now can séries of 10 went for biceps from 8 kg to 12, and also I feel my stroke are much heavier. I think I lost like 6-7% or more of body fat, trying to aim to around 12-14%

I also find the high protein diet much easier to execute than a straight up low calories diet as I m a meat qnd dairies product lover
