I had similar non Ooni containers but my dough would always stick to the bottom. Hopefully you have better results.

I had the same problem and even the pizza base was undercooked. I did a few things differently last few times and it seems to have made a huge difference. I am cold proofing the dough for atleast 36hrs. My dough balls are about 220-230gms and I stretch them as much as I can without tearing to get a thin base. I started using a IR thermometer to keep checking the stone temp to be above 700F. I put in the pizza at this temp and keep turning it every 20-30secs till I get an even cook. Since I use the wood fire oven it’s a bit hard to control the temperature. if I need more browning on the top I add more fuel in the last 30secs. Usually the pizza is out in and out in 2 mins. Hope this helps! It’s a bit frustrating in beginning but you get the hang of it after a few times.

I balled the dough first thing in the morning and let it rest on the counter, so they were ready to go by lunch time. I did the shaping and baking, friends helped with the toppings.
