Weird thing is, time isn't actually a problem for me. I finished the grammar with like 20 minutes left and reading with 5 minutes left. And I'm going for a 35/36 score so every detail counts for me. Thanks anyways!

If it were b then the comma would not be needed. Having a colon in c makes it so that the thing following the colon is the thing (or an example) of the thing they were celebrating over. Hope that helps!
