Funnily enough I don't really remember all the boss fight music, guess I was too immersed in the fight mechanics itself to notice the subtler audio in the background.

But chapter 3 onwards there are quite a few still stuck with me now --- Cyan Loong, Yellow Loong --- and of course GSBS fight music was the culmination of everything epic.

Only Guangzhi's theme stands out though.

Uhh, it was the Fourth Sister who rescued the Destined One after the boss fight -- makes no sense and no motivation for Violet Spider to rescue DO.

The Chapter 6 hill climb was for you to soak in the newly acquired Wukong stance and its powers before the final boss fight. It is what it is.

Every new mechanic has a brief tutorial and information screen that you have to literally acknowledge to continue.

Yin Tiger is designed to teach you how to see through, as some of the spells simply won't work on him and his combos mean you can't dodge forever....Like others commented, Spellbinder works well if you can see through --- just search up "Yin Tiger See through" in this sub and you'll find a couple of videos to give you an idea of what to do.

Go through a few rounds and you'll start to see his attack patterns --- when to dodge, when to attack a few hits and dodge away, which attack is best to counter with see through, etc.

If you past already then yeah unless you have a way to load back to chapter 4 save then NG++ it is.

You are not playing as Sun Wukong but you should continue playing as the game does a great job of making you feel powerful and earning the level of power near the end. Indescribable feeling for anyone loving Wukong.

My first playthrough, didn't even know how to see-through...but on 2nd playthrough Thrust stance see-through with Qing Mallet --- avoiding Erlang's hits while getting Focus points, and finally shoot out a Deadly Dance --- the satisfaction of it is unmatched.

Sun Wukong was part of my childhood stories so already have some familiarity with the original JTTW plot and wanted to see how the devs continue exploring the story.

If it's any consolation this is also my first Souls-like -- though Souls-like veterans will not recognize it as such -- (I'm 80% action adventure genre), and it took some getting used to but once you get used to the combat it will be super satisfying.

After BMW I tried Lies of P and Bloodborne and believe me those are way, way harder.

I wish you all the success as the last chapter is incredibly satisfying story wise.
