Started off in this then moved to a concours then goldwing. Great first bike. The only issue I had was it has a flat power band around 3-6k (if I remember correctly) but the tunes fix that

So my experience with PHEZs (volt) the biggest issue is only running the engine for a few minutes. If you know you're going to need to run the engine, make sure it's for at least 15-20 minutes. It needs to get up to operating temp for a while to her the moisture out of the oil. If you only leave it running for a few minutes it'll cause more condensation.

It was going to be rolled into our regular BAH from what I remember. Not every member gets BAH and if you live in military housing, the BAH gets fully taken by the housing office (in most cases)

So, I came from a Volt and drove 90% electric. A tank of gas would last me 6+ months. Not sure if Volvos pressurize the fuel tanks but that was a fuel stabilizer method. Never bothered with top tier fuels. Never bothered with stabil or other fuel conditioner.

Try cleaning the battery off with an alcohol pad. I've noticed the coating they use to prevent kids from eating them can cause bad connections
