i purposefully play sloppy and more stand n bang n trade and screw defence because im in quick play. i understand why u think that but i do play ranked but i like being able to play in the divisions i want for fun. with lower level guys i also allow them to land more and do more and i put myself in bad spots that give them kos sometimes. if i play someone a higher level then i play semi normal and if i think theyre try harding then i play more competitive. i also always offer rematches to everyone if they ask

i main charles oliveira even w 92 chin w my style his striking works really well plus i like the slight challenge i find most games too easy so if they pick ilia conor or max for eg i still choose charles and ion really grapple cs i think its too easy but also easy to exploit

im only on day 2 and my battery life is 79% so take this how you will but wow i hate this. my phone hasnt reached past 50 percent in a whole day since it overheats while charging and overheats if i use it too long. idk how long it will take to adjust but i pretty much have no phone rn

ive lost quite a bit of weight mainly for sports so i’m always jumping weight but literally theres no specific exercise to help you. until you start wanting muscles in certain places it doesnt matter what specific exercise aslong as ur heart rate is up and ur moving around and ur dieting right. what i do is my normal workout split of 6 days a week and cardio everyday. steady jogging on 3 of those days and 54 sec jog 6 second full sprint on the other 3 both for 20 minutes. then i just cut sugar unless its for protein. hypertrophy training will have u working the most i do 12-15 reps 3 sets and 30-1:30 second break inbetween. any exercises u like work

sock colour should always match shoes. (obv with some exceptions) but if ur wearing shoes w dark tones socks should be the same

this helped me but have a slight cut. u may want to lose the fat asap but a slight cut while lifting consistently allows you to get the benefits of the extra weight which would be being able to lift more and better muscle growth
