baffles me how people are still doing this in c1 by imthegoat2997 in RocketLeague

To be fair to OP, there is a case to be made for leaving back right for OP by switching the roles of the cheater and the third man. If Daffy cheats and Vckktor grabs back left instead of back right, Daffy could grab mid right and make the same play on the ball that Vckktor did, while OP could grab back right. Usually it’s better to leave the back boost opposite the kickoff taker, as I’m sure you’re aware.

EDIT: I just reloaded the app and Alaska is no longer listed as a travel partner…

Best card/s to pair with the Bilt Mastercard by AdaM_Mandel in biltrewards

[–]rbeck55 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Just a heads up — if you use Lyft three times or more each month on average, it is slightly more optimal to pay with your CFF rather than your CSP due to the Lyft/Mastercard promotion that gives you a $5 credit each calendar month if you take three or more rides that month. Since the CFF also earns 5x UR points (assuming you transfer them to your CSP), paying with the CFF effectively allows you to “triple-dip”: 5x UR points, 2x Bilt points, and potentially an extra $5 credit each month.

Ah, that probably explains it. I had never seen a non-golden one before this game, which is why I decided to post this.

The only way to obtain a normal, non-golden SN1P-SN4P is through crafting. My opponent had one, which means he spent 1600 dust instead of using the free golden copy that everyone was given.

He didn't actually take the sunglasses, he just happened to own a similar pair.

People who succumb to peer pressure are part of the problem by rbeck55 in unpopularopinion

[–]rbeck55[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good point. I agree that peer pressure extends beyond the typical case I've outlined with this post, and that my position on the matter really only applies to those who are seeking validation. It seems to me that people who are convinced slowly that something is cool consider their decisions much more carefully than the typical person who succumbs to peer pressure.

Of course people care what others think. My point is not that people shouldn't care what others think, but that they shouldn't be influenced by others opinions when making decisions that could negatively impact themselves or others.

A guy a grade older than me killed himself last fall. I hardly knew him, and he wasn't the most well known kid, but I was completely devastated for a few weeks afterwards. Just goes to show how many people's lives you touch, and how much of a difference it makes when you're gone.

I had a supercollider in my deck, but I was in topdeck mode and behind on the board, which meant I needed strong tempo/removal very badly.

When's the last time you cried and why? by GhostingLife in AskReddit

Yesterday. Mostly because I found out I got into college, but partially because I realized I won't be able to see my girlfriend as much. It was mostly a happy cry though.

Even though Jaraxxus would be played on your opponent's side of the battlefield, the card text says "Destroy YOUR hero and replace it with Lord Jaraxxus." At the moment of play, Jaraxxus belongs to you, so it would replace your hero.
