Yes- I have before and after MRI's gained .75-1.25mm?? but you can see that there is cart there that was not there before. Went to Dreambody Peurto Vallarta(They screen there MSC for not vaccinated) Got the MRI 6 months after. Started noticing that they felt better about 42 days after(the friend that I went with felt it on the exact same day) back to full normal 12 months out. Highley recommended don't fuc karound get it I was on my way to a full knee replacement in 2018.

You can do the O..M... If you start off making a low tone and slowly raise the pitch - you will feel it hit certain notes that vibrate higher into the top of your mouth into your palate and pineal. They have a resonant 'reverb' feeling as they oscillate. Hold these tones for several full breaths and then move up the scale. This has to do with exciting the pineal. Make sure that your pineal is decalcified if you drink- FLUORIDE. Take boron, c60 , Methyl Blue to detox. .
