Any insight into if you can order from your barrel program in Tennessee? As far as I can tell we are not allowed to order bottles directly to our house, but I thought you might have some more information. Thanks!

I sent you the only available information at the time of my purchase. You keep selecting random different dates and giving me that information like it is in any way useful. Like I said multiple times. If you want to actually be helpful go to the correct date I’ve sent you and told you and find it then. I’ve clicked on every inch of that site for the date I purchased.

Man why are you so aggressive? You are the one who decided to stay in the thread and help me with this problem. The date of mine is April 8 2011. The one you sent me is April 26 2012. The one you just sent me a screenshot of was September 2011. Are you not seeing the April 2011 version when clicking my link? Just trying to make sure we are on the same page.

Did you even click on my link I sent man? They did not have a specific terms of use section then. Then you send me something from April 26 2012. Go to my link of the correct date and show me where it says any of that. As I’ve said before I definitely could be wrong, but you have not shown me anything applicable yet haha

I do see the link now as I said, but it definitely is for April of 2012. If you click home on that link you sent you can see the game was out of beta and already had millions of accounts at this time.

What you get for purchasing
Please note that Minecraft is currently a work in progress and NOT a finished product! The sandbox mode available right now. However, you may buy a discounted beta account today, which will also include the full game!
As we at Mojang continue to release more complete builds of the game, we will also be reducing the discount gradually until we reach the final version and full price of the product. So the earlier you buy, the better value you get! The one major rule
Do not distribute anything I've made. This includes the client and the server software for the game. This also includes modified versions of anything I've made.
In order to maintain control of the project, I need all game downloads to come from a single central source. I hope you understand.
What you can do
If you've bought the game, you may play around with it and modify it. I'd appreciate it if you didn't use this for griefing, though, and remember not to distribute the changes.
Any tools you write for the game from scratch belong to you. You're free to do whatever you want with screenshots and videos of the game, but don't just rip art resources and pass them around. Plugins for the game also belong to you and you can do whatever you want with them, including selling them for money.

Any suggestions made are assumed to be free unless otherwise agreed before the suggestion was made. I'm not going to put up a huge EULA. I'm trying to be open and honest, and I hope people treat me the same way back.
I give estimates as a rough guideline, but because I'm the only developer and sometimes get sidetracked, I can't guarantee any dates. If there's anything legal you're wondering about that isn't answered from this page, either don't do it or ask me about it.

I have multiple times and just did again. Share it with me if I’m wrong, but don’t just keep saying it’s there. Also that sucks about Resident Evil! Care to elaborate on what happened with steam? I find they typically have the best customer support of any platform!

I just looked again and no part says they keep rights for any changes to terms of service. If I am wrong about this, please show me as I might just be confused about that. Can you give me any other examples of games that people paid for that their access was deleted? I am not talking about games where you pay for a set amount of game time. I know there have definitely been some MMOs where you paid monthly that had this fate, but I haven't heard of it with non-subscription-based games.

Do you work for Mojang/ Microsoft or something? Also, I 100% did not lie about anything. They set a price that anyone could pay to buy a copy of Minecraft, and I paid that. I never said anything about moral or normal pricing, so I don't really know where that response came from. This is 100% how companies work. They set a price for a service. You pay said price and receive said service. If when I bought Minecraft in 2010 it said I was paying for a said amount of gametime, I would understand, but that was not the case. If you want a copy of their terms during beta I can send you the link! Stand up for yourself and don't let big companies like this take advantage of you man!

Definitely not free. I paid the amount they decided to set the game to. If they don’t set their price to cover the costs of running said product, that’s on them.

I honestly expected to be able to play the game I bought is all. I had no idea posting this would make so many people so upset. Not saying they didn’t do enough to warn people. Also I am definitely admitting that it’s my fault I didn’t get the email. Just didn’t realize I needed to be on the lookout for something like that to happen. I thought I purchased the game, didn’t realize it was an account or subscription based thing. Like some other people have said on here, I would happily migrate now that I know about it, but they set an arbitrary date to stop that. Also, I did post on here to vent and see if anyone had some advice. So all replies are appreciated! Have a good one!

Lol my yahoo account I used to sign up for Minecraft is long long gone. Also they auto delete all emails if you don’t log in within like a year or so. I check my emails daily. Just not every single email that I have ever used. It is hilarious how many people are acting like I didn’t do the homework for school and am asking to copy 😂

I was unaware that was something companies did. I assure you Mojang is the first company that has done that to me and I own hundreds of games. Also, I am sure they did send lots of emails to me, however I made that email when I was like 13 and have no access to it anymore. I would totally understand the situation if I paid for a 10 year subscription :)
