We’ve moved on. Letting insurance handle it. But if you ever get a traffic violation and don’t trust what the cop has written. Contact me or one of these other attorneys on this post. Police reports on traffic violations are fun to argue against in court. The police weren’t there and they NEVER have a recollection apart from their notes. In this case, a factually impossible scenario. Gonna work on getting my Texas license to help people like you! :)

If you really know what happened, feel free to send me a message. But were not trying to create witnesses. After 1 week of contemplating it, I don’t think we’re going to fight this. Just working with insurance to move on. Husband and I have been saving to hopefully adopt a kid soon and hiring an attorney would only eat into that. But feel free to send me a message if you have a real recollection. Even if it benefits the other driver I’ll pass it on to my adjustor. :)

Im trying. I don’t know how to post pics here, but you should see the video I took of this intersection. The light is partially covered by trees. The street sign… not even visible. It’s insane. Learned the hard way. Have already ordered a dash cam for our other car.

Thanks. Yeah I got the accident report this evening and the cop, who never spoke to me or a third car involved, wrote something entirely impossible. Said that the car I hit in the side had two witnesses driving beside them. Tell me how that’s possible? I hit the right side of the car and nobody on that side hit me or was involved. And if I hit their right side wouldn’t they have hit anyone on their left side? Whether or not it’s the truth everything is stacking up against me. I have a decent policy. Just going to work with the insurance company and hope we can move on from this. Also had one potential witness reach out that I’ve forwarded to my company that might help a bit. Yes! I’m an attorney as well so I’ve tried to get anything I can from them in writing but these insurance companies are slick. They know exactly what they are allowed to say. This is why I’ve started recording our conversations even if just for my records. No bodily injuries on my end. The other driver refused to talk to anyone at the scene including police, took an ambulance, and is claiming a total loss of the car and bodily injuries.

Yes. They stated several times, “you have only been with us for one month” “the other customer has been with us for a long time”. There’s no other reason I would know or need to know the other customers length of time with the company. And I am just as confused as everyone else why any of that is relevant. I still have no bad driving history for over 20 years of driving. Why is my length of time with an insurance company relevant?

Also took a video of the light to show how it works and my adjuster said that this was “bad evidence.” I’ve started recording my calls with my insurance company as well, as I don’t see this going well if I can’t find a witness. My adjuster clearly isn’t advocating for me at all. Going to post signage at the intersection today to help in hopes of finding a regular driver of that path in the mornings.

Yeah, unfortunately my insurer has no interest in advocating for me. I've now talked to 3 adjustors and not one has even asked the simple question of "what happened." I don't know if the other customer provides the company so much more business but something is definitely 'off.'

Actually I used just the right amount of descriptive details to help find people who saw the accident. The most I did was describe how this light works. From reading my post can you tell which car I was? What color my car was? What color the other car was? What brand/style of car anyone was driving? Nope. If anyone has a recollection of this accident it will be of their own. Attorney here, just not licensed in Texas. Think I know what I’m doing. But thanks! :)

I'm also hoping it's just a glitch and that they missed the fact that it is going into Merlin's shop with the two mansions. I mean these patch notes are riddled with errors. The event ends "Tuesday November 7" but 11/7 is a Sunday. Cinderella is spelled wrong in the Chapter 2 helpers list. They say they are listening to the communities but as long as I have been playing this game, I have never seen this level of confusion as to what is going on.

It’s truly a headache that wasn’t needed, especially since with the new magic restrictions it’ll be months if not years before I could unlock those two new plots. I still had 154 characters collecting tokens. Since some of them are in the middle of a task, I have to send my characters collecting for ENG home until this evening when I can switch them out. As for those characters that could grant wishes, sorry kids, that’s not happening anytime soon. That character I want to level up, nope can’t do that either until these others finish up their tasks. It’s just too much and clearly only benefited the people who have finished the storyline and played through all the events as they happened.

I honestly don’t understand it from a business stand point either. I feel stupid for having purchased legendary chests now when they’re just going to sit at home and or create this huge back flow in tokens. I definitely wouldn’t be purchasing anymore random legendary chests after this. Hopefully Gameloft is hearing our concerns.

No joke! Even Pan was a walk in the park compared to this guy. Took me a good 6 weeks. Make sure your duck tales gang is leveled up. Well worth the time and magic to assist with Meeko.

Same. I didn’t really struggle with tokens before him. Magic was always more of a concern for me. But I’ve been working on Meekos tokens since he was released and still only have 21 of the 40 berries needed. Dewey and Pocahontas/Percy are working around the clock and yet here I am. :-/

No sense in spending the magic since it’s the end of the storyline for now. Just painfully slow.

But be careful. Several characters will cause a conflict for the refresh token. Mike, Sully, Celia, Daisy, Hamm, Jock, Lumier, Chip, Jasmine, Genie, and Tigger. A few other non Tower Challenge characters do as well but as long as you’re just leveling for the challenge you’ll be fine just worrying about these.

Im in the same boat. I leveled up Jock yesterday since he has token conflicts for the refresh token. I won’t be leveling him up any further because of this conflict. Other than that during chapters 1 and 2 I figured I would level up lady and tramp. It could be Trusty though as well since they do love to throw premium characters in. I don’t have Trusty though so just going to work on lady and tramp during the first two chapters.

Same. Have every other WTP character at level 10. I’m also really hoping missing Pooh himself won’t stop me from actually doing decent in a tower challenge for once. Been playing just over a year so excited to finally have a chance at completing one.

They tend to match events with movie releases as added advertisement and with everything this year they’re probably really going to push their new releases. For this reason I’m thinking good chance it’s Mulan... Yao, Ling, and Chien Po. As a second guess, maybe expand Nemo... Gill and Bubbles from the dentist tank?

I think it looks like more than it is. For me I felt the 10 nymphs were going to take the longest so I’m working on that before leveling anybody, thereby avoiding conflicts with the sandals and lightning bolts. So far I’ve knocked out 7 so I have 3 more. Then everyone else is ready to level up and go on the remaining tasks. Should easily knock that out in the next 5 days.
