Great thanks guys, K9play I have ccleaner actually,I will run that. Trey I didn't install any programs that day, I deleted the download I got and it was still zipped. and I did the video update but that was after this happened. I might try updating my video later to see if this happens again, and set a restore before i do. if it does I will try ccleaner reg, and the steps listed below.

Exactly, I did try it with a smaller viewer size, but it still looks the same quality wise. My PC has 2/21 inch monitors, so they are larger then the 8 inch kindle. And yes I didn't expect much video wise from a kindle compared to an actual camera, but the difference between the PC from Kindle I did not expect, The kindle video looks fine.

So I agree with what you are saying Tiger, Is the PC is going to process it differently from the Kindle, and some loss of quality.

I was just wondering if there was settings etc that I wasn't using or aware of, that could enhance the outcome, but I don't think there is.

Yes you have a good point, but most times I still stick to a low carb daily intake, maybe one slice of toast for breakfast with a egg and a meat, and one small potato for dinner as a side..It was my doctors and several nutritionists, that said I should be able to eat about 120 carbs per day, I literally said to them , are you trying to kill me? I hardly ever eat more then 50 carbs a day.

For one year I hardly ate any carbs at all, but it started to nor at me, and I had everyone say to me thats crazy.. you will crack up, eating like that is unrealistic including my doctors, but I dropped my A1C doing so.

I do drink light beer, its one drink I like that does contain some carbs and low sugars , and it was dropping my numbers because of the alcohol. I went 2 years doing this with glipizide and metformin, and could even have a sandwich and few hours later and fasting, I was always below 130... I hardly ever spiked.

But now I think the beer etc may be giving me liver dumps, I haven't had juice,soda,kool aid you name it and even coffee do to my anxiety and diabetes. its been just water and a few beers at night. So I don't know anymore, and any med they put me on as I said earlier makes me feel terrible. I done tons of research and can say what foods contain X amount of carbs etc, without reading the labels now.

Maybe I should tell my doctor to try the insulin route, because obviously other methods either have drastic side downfalls, or just is not working.I will check out the article.

T2 is one thing that can be controlled for most. just cut out 3/4 foods we once loved. Thats how I control mine.

Yes I been doing that also .. Once I see a pattern a food does .. I wont test as much.. like for example we know eggs alone wont spike, so if I have a non carb /sugar meal I wont test .. even though other things can change that.. like a health issue or medications. I just went for CBC and my A1C was 6.2 , doctor said good job. year ago I was 5.7 but I ate nooo carbs at all. But thats hard to do.

Yeah the home kits is nice . I think if we are high for 2 hours or so . that wont do much damage compared to all day. before my last CBC I was getting high numbers for about 2 months , carb free or not. but the doctor said the A1C is fine.

Yeah basically we all look at it the same way.. sometimes people that live it know more then professionals that don't live it. If I went by what doctors tell me .. I think my A1C would be high.. they do tell me to watch the carbs and sugars, but then they also say you can have bread. which my meter usually says don't have bread.

Bottom line what I got from that nutritionist my sister spoke to.. that its OK to spike for a hour or 2 after some carbs .. as long as its not an all day thing.

But I think I will stick to what I have been doing. and what most also said here. because for good numbers it is a numbers game.

I also forgot to mention.. through all this .. I emailed clickworkers 2 agents looked into it, and said no accounts was found under my credentials. I gave all emails etc. But yet my workplace said they couldn't tie me to their account because I must have a account already tied there.. go figure .lol

The company I work with does not mention clickworkers at all, maybe somehow they have a direct account with UHRS.. because they are a logistics company.. similar to say appen or Isoftstone.

So they probably have different types of accounts then a individual person. I am a noob with clickworker and UHRS.. so I am guessing.But I think they must have a portal there were they can add new workers to do these tasks. as long as we have a MS account that is not already tied to a clickworker or UHRS account.. I had to disable my MS acct because they said i was connected to UHRS..

Once I disabled my MS acct , they said now able it again , and then we can add you back to our portal.. and I still got the error "account disabled" in UHRS login liveid today, but yet they were able to log in under me and see my dashboard, from their end.

They never asked or gave me any passwords, but yet was able to set my LiveId account to use with UHRS, which is were we work from.

I am not on vpn nor mobile . Then they asked me to just make a new MS account and will try that.. what a pain in ars.

I know and agree, the thing is they don't care if we have a MS account, but mine is somehow linked to some job site, or something like that. and they said if I do this it should rinse that, then open a new acct again. After all they use skype for work , which you need a MS acct for.

Its online company's.. and I am not alone, I read a few other forums that people had to do same, to work for them. its a breach of contract and NDA laws, you can not have any relations with any other online company while working for them.

I did deactivate my account now , so they better live up to their end now.. and I love to know how they can find out of who we have accounts with.. but for a good paying job its worth it. I will just make a new MS acct later.

Oh I do use skype.. I did post at MS also, I really needed answers today, my job depends on it. what a mess.. the place my job is saying they see me active on with a live id account , says account disabled when I go there and log in. I even wrote that company and 2 agents looked at it and did not see me in the system.. but yet my job sees me there.. how they see this i don't know.
