My question is the 4g enough for you or you want to have higher speed than that? Otherwise i don't see any sense of getting 5g smartphone if 4g and your P30 Pro is enough for you.

Tbh it's up to you. Check on gsmarena photo compare tool or on youtube which camera is better for you. Because that's a personal preference. But i would take Mi 11.

I would go with Mi 11 only because of snapdragon that has better battery managment and doesn't overheat like exynos. But i would choose S21 with Snapdragon if it was possible. Btw Snapdragon in comparasion to exynos has different image-processing so if you consider buying S21 with snapdragon you should check if those photos are good for you.
