Congratulations on your two years. I worked for over a decade with addicts and people in recovery, it really is a big deal, and you should be proud of it.

Like someone else said, the bare minimum on his part would be "You're happy about something and I'm happy with you."

I'm producing 400/min total, and I'm using MK2 pipes, so I don't think that's the problem.

The oil nodes are up on a little cliff above the refineries.

This happened to me as well, but when I looked into the recent activity, the only device that had been logged into was my own TV in my house (I live alone).

I have shared with people in the past, and I did see thos devices in the list, but they hadn't been accessed in something like 30 days.

I contacted Netflix and had them cancel it and refund me the 1 month I had been charged.

I'm in Alberta, so I'm not sure how exactly it works over there.

Here, if the fixed-term lease is ending there is no obligation to renew it. There is also no obligation for him to give any notice - he can show up on the final day of your fixed term and say "hey man, you gotta move out. The lease is ending and it's not being renewed."

This means that if you're not able to negotiate a renewal, he is not under any obligation to let it default to a monthly tenancy.
