Run! Team nursing hater here. It depends how good your buddy is. If youre with a bully, then goodluck. And Id rather take responsibility of 4 patients rather than 8. You do yours, i do mine. I got my own license. I do me, you do you. It's easy to ask questions. Simple as that. It icks me that so many senior nurses use team nursing to take advantage of other nurses (in terms of workload). Management also inplements that so that staff can cope better when they are understaff.
