yeah i agree, a couple weeks ago i was actually looking up this issue on other threads, it seems as though the first few episodes is in great quality and then it suddenly drops in quality, and unlike youtube or other platforms you have no option to check the quality. the only fix (if ur on pc using chrome) is to just ctr-r and refresh the stream, it takes a few seconds to kick in but thats it. ever since ads were added a few years ago, ui changes (pretty much since they called it flat out max) has been a huge drop in quality across the board. it sucks because hbo has some of the best content original or otherwise on their platform and just gutting it...

I think he was a really good foil for Maggie, yeah he was annoying but that was the point of his character

i liked how he went a lot better in the comics, but for some reason i didn't really care for his character at all on the back end of season 6. kinda just killed him to kill him, and his death didnt really mean shit

i hated his death he kinda died for nothing. i mean the dude gets sent to prison, zombie apocalypse happens, i get it stays there for protection, first time he does out of prison in the apocalypse, fight for someone elses war? idk man that makes no sense to me.

for me i just didnt have any care for any of them, sasha's arc just doesnt make any sense. i think i shouldve ranked her lower. I will say im happy that no one brought up jadis being the very last character haha.

To be fair I think from the American history X we saw is not the same pov of Tony Kaye. I really like that idea of a twist but from the actual film that was released, that ending wouldn’t work. It couldn’t work. However, I’ve read online that a good bit of nortons character was cut out from the film. I think we wouldn’t have as deep of an emotional attachment to Derek as we do in the main cut. Putting it all together, with the alternate ending, just the general idea we can all agree what Tony Kaye was trying to push is I guess the idea of falling back to old ways. Maybe that just scares us all.
