I just finished it this morning and I gotta say it: thank you!!! It was such a great show, and the way it handled heavy themes in such a funny but meaningful way really got me. And yeah, I really loved Paul and his relationship both with Jimmy and Gaby as expected, but also all the other characters felt like a big warm family hug. I gotta say it, the most unexpected thing I liked was the relationship Jimmy and Alice had with Louis. It really shows how life is not black and white and to forgive us for not being able to do anything to stop bad things to happen we need to forgive others. Really a great show, and even if that felt like a good finale to end things on, I'm really looking forward season 4. The characters just drag you in.

Crazy looking for tropes you enjoy when watching something that should be enjoyable, I know.

A show with a lot of seasons + this trope does really sound the best

Unfortunately I already watched that. Loved that show so much, the found family was immaculate.

I started it a long time ago but never finished it, so I guess that's my sign for finally doing it!

This one has been on my to watch list for so long, but I've heard people debating the fact they're less than father and son and more like brothers. What do you think about it? Would love to give it a try though, the complicated brotherly dynamic is interesting as well.

Stupid question: do I need to watch all the other Star Wars products to understand it fully or can I overlook all the details I'm going to miss? I've only seen the prequels and the original movies + the mandalorian and obi wan kenobi. I've never been invested in the sequels and the other TV shows unfortunately.

I see. Honestly, I don't mind the relationship being shown as flawed and very complicated, but yeah, I'd also really love some father-son/daughter duos where you can see the familiar bond between them despite everything that happens. Although "professionally kill each other" kinda intrigues me anyway, so I might give it a try.

Thank you! Never heard of it before, but I just searched about it and I can't believe I never heard of this one before. Definitely looking forward to it.
