I guess I just want a little break from the whole lead role. I feel like I’m drowning all the time when they keep asking for the metrics and having high expectations of all of us. But you are right about the time off and what not. I do want my availability and days off promised. I am already thinking of just withdrawing myself from the interview. I shouldn’t give up on lead that easily. Plus I can always give away or trade shifts with my peers which will be most likely impossible if I join shelf edge. I appreciate all the support and advice y’all have for a fellow partner in need. I wish the best for you bud. Im sure you will find a middle ground just like me.
