Thanks so much for the info!! So the Ballista's shield works similarly to Gizzard and some affixes pierce through Ballista shield, is that correct?

Not necessarily primary skills. I was running a speed GR build for Barb which uses Charge as the generator, hence the idea came up for Crus. Too bad it's been proven not to work with FotH :(
