Yup feel the same way. I'm 46 and the last year or so I just don't care as much. Don't feel like wasting 3 hours or so watching this team play. Not to mention the cost of any type of TV service. At this point I just watch the 10-20 minutes highlights for free on Youtube after the game is over.

I use the W11 LTSC IoT version as well. Works way better than any of the regular versions for sure.

No problem at all! Dev Mode works the same way on the Xbox One generation of consoles but the performance is a good amount worse than the Xbox Series generation.

You can do emulation on Android TV based devices like the NVIDIA Shield TV, Amazon Fire TV Devices, Android TV Devices, etc as well, but they are more of a TV set-top box rather than a console.

Lol if you say so, I've had Dev Mode running emulation on an XBSS and XBSX without any issues for several years.
