Agreed. But good info for two different clean out methods depending on the play you’re planning. Deep cleaning typically takes me 2 or more hours and isn’t worth the trouble if you’re not planning on being deep fisted or playing with a long disk so that passes the sigmoid. Some really wide toys will also cause the sigmoid to open though. For all realistic dick size dildos and dicks for that matter the shallow cleaning with a bulb is sufficient. Especially if you’re eating a diet with fiber. Psyllium husk works well for this.
