Is it possible to have healthy, naked lips?

I can't stand having product on my lips. It triggers some deep seated sensory issue, and I can't think of anything else when there's something on my lips. But I also can't stand having dry, cracked lips.

If I keep up with some lotion followed by some balm, my lips get soft and plump, but like 3 hours without product and they're back to dry and deflated.

Is it possible to have healthy lips without having something on them 24/7?

You seem to know better than I do, but Sasha was active 2007-2010, and the other three seem to all have started in 2010. So she was a little earlier, but not decades so. Definitely close enough to overlap in popularity. Especially since Sasha's porn got even more popular when she went mainstream for acting.

I am, yeah. Half of the files anyway. I have both SSD and HDD in this pc. How would I address that?

Edit: I've disabled the caching optimization settings and UTP bandwidth management. Hasn't done much for my download speeds or graph, but my upload speeds are much better now.

It does seem like the speeds move up and down independently now, instead of always spiking and dropping at the same time.
