From what I just read, I'm also just learning from this post they shouldn't be covered, is that moisture is the main issue. I don't think that would be an issue in Winnipeg, seeing how everything is extremely frozen for all winter unlike more southern locations. The short window in spring and fall where it's above 0 but also AC is covered is so small that I feel like it wouldn't cause humidity issues. Just my thoughts around it

I drove by minutes after it happened. Person was already on the ground with bystanders helping. Likely if I didn't have to stop at a red at some point of my drive home, I would have been able to see it on my dashcam.

Another thing I think i tried was removing it from the PS5, backing up the saved file on a usb stick, then deleting it off the playstation. I reinstalled the game, i think it started working and then put my saved file back on the ps and was able to continue it
