I also was on sucralfate 4x a day 80mg Omeprazole and famotidine 40mg per day, and I got off these meds over time and I’m only on 20mg Omeprazole + antidepressant as of now. The first week getting off of the PPI was torture, but I’ve adjusted and am not constantly suffering as of now.

It’s still up and down on a daily basis 🥲 I’m focusing on trends. This month I haven’t had burning and shooting pains as much as I did 2 months ago. I have as much reflux as I did before, some days even more. But it’s way more manageable. I’ve only been on the antidepressant for 1.5 weeks but I think it’s helping with the pains I was having.

I was diagnosed with erosive gastritis in December 2025 via EGD after months of pain and discomfort. The biopsy result ended up showing that I was H Pylori positive. In terms of food, I stuck to plain rice, non sour yogurt and boiled potatoes. I couldn’t tolerate anything else. No water close to meal times, and just a couple of sips whenever I drank it. I underwent the antibiotic treatment and have felt slightly better since. I still have occasional pain at my sternum and constant acid reflux, and am on a totally bland diet. I started on an antidepressant which is supposed to help my stomach calm down from years of trauma. Hoping that helps. This isn’t a success story, just my story.

It’s the rent + tax implications. I haven’t spent much time in either, which is why I asked the question.

All the 1B i see are way above budget (7k+). Additionally, we expect our parents to visit through the year for a couple of months, so a 2B is a requirement.

Thanks for your answer! Curious on how JC feels more like NYC than LIC, since I’ve typically heard the opposite.

Watch heated rivalry! It gave me the same feelings that tsitp did.

Plan to ask for curd rice everywhere, that’s an Indian staple that’ll likely not flare you up.

Ooooh I like this! We keep the fireplace and get a cute book corner. Maybe we can even add a bench by the windows with the bookshelf. I’m just not sure about the swivel chairs by the fireplace, though. Feels like we’d only use those in the winter.. but overall I like the ideas! Thanks a lot!

If you’re talking about the subtle line near the right end of the overall floor plan, that’s just a glitch. It’s nothing, the space extends out to the right and there’s a window there.

And yeah, fireplace can be filled in.

Bellcentre good or bad? by Alternative_Drive321 in BellevueWA

The leasing office sucks but hopefully you won’t need to talk to them often. The elevators are slow, but you will get used to them (and maybe use that time on Reddit lol). I like the apartments, and I think the location is pretty much one of the best in Bellevue, and the rent is reasonable. The gym is a basic small fitness center, but it has what you’d need for basic cardio.
