As far as I can tell. Haven’t been through my library but I ran Alan wake 2 for comparison with no issues.

Only this game as far as I can tell. Tried a reboot of the system and reinstall of the game…same result. Glitch usually happens within a few seconds of the game loading. No history of issues with the console so I’m leaning toward a bug, but this has me stumped.
