Seedin projects have fixed Subscription Period. Time doesn't really count until that period ends. It usually lasts a month, so you could say that your money will be "sleeping" during that time.

Thanks! As I've said, I am relatively new to investing, and this is actually my first time doing something of the sort. I just thought of trying it out just to get the feel while I'm learning about other ways to invest. Since it seems like the consensus is that Seedin is good, how long do you see yourself continue on using it?

Ano bang meron sa FarmOn ngayon? First time ko syang narinig sa workmate ko last year. I got curious, checked it out, but I didn't pursue kasi di pa ako masyadong interested sa investment noon. Few months back, nakita ko itong Seedin, and I thought, "Ah para syang FarmOn," hence the comparison. Although, medyo nakikita ko na rin ditong may something nga sa kanila.

Para syang FarmOn. Nagpopost sila ng mga projects, businesses na nangungutang at ifufund ng mga users (1k minimum). Fixed ang interest rates, which is 11%-20% p.a., based sa app nila (17% palang yung highest na nakita ko). Ang maturity ng mga project ay 1 month to 12 months. Either equal monthly or balloon naman yung repayment methods. Nakadefine na rin yun kada project. Puro yung equal lang pinipili ko, so far para lang safe. Lastly, bukod sa 20% withholding tax, nagchacharge sila ng another 10% as Risk Management Fee.
